Data is kept up to date by using data feeds from your existing systems, such as HR and property feeds. WebCoRE can even send a two-way feed to your HR team to inform them of discrepancies between WebCoRE locations and HR Feed locations.

All data is stored securely either on Cloud storage services like Azure, or on our on-premise servers which are maintained to ISO 27001

User access to WebCoRE controlled through the use of login credentials and permissions. Different users may have different levels of access to the system, depending on their role within the organization. All of which you can control. Alternatively, WebCoRE can be set-up with SSO so no manual approvals need to be carried out.

Training can be provided by your account representative when your WebCoRE is live. Account representatives are also more than happy to provide additional training as and when you need it!

Every client has a dedicated account manager who will be in contact with you regularly. Additionally, CWP has a client helpdesk for any queries you may have. We also have 24/7 support for any major outages.

WebCoRE has an initial set-up fee which varies depending on your requirements. The initial set-up cost can be paid up-front or spread across the life of your contract. You then have a monthly subscription fee which depends on which services you require.
