Recruiting for a Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to work with both internal and external clients to understand and document requirements for new developments.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of the clients and provide feedback into the services and products provided
  • Work with the AM/PM to understand the project brief and objectives
  • Liaise with the Client to evaluate the needs and requirements of their business
  • Document the requirements from the client perspective
  • Hand over the document to internal IT team members once finalized
  • Support IT Team through the project life cycle from a requirements perspective

Documentation and support:

  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Create and update documentation for requirements specifications
  • Support AM’s with the maintenance of client documentation
  • Assist Marketing with help documentation based on requirements
  • Run workshops and training session to support the implementation of new functionality

  • Ability to work within a team or individually
  • Knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate sector would be beneficial
